CUSTOMER SERVICE/LOANER SUPPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The primary purpose of this position is to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring that each customer who is put in a loaner car is done so quickly and efficiently and that the loaner files are maintained properly.
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships focusing on delivering an "EXCEPTIONAL" customer experience and the highest possible Dealership Customer Satisfaction level.
  • Daily management and responsibility for an 80 car fleet of loaner vehicles.
  • Proper completion and maintenance of loaner agreement forms and customer documents (i.e., licenses, insurance information).
  • Coordination, submission and follow up of all insurance claims.
  • Checking loaner vehicles in/out and performing vehicle walk arounds with customers.
  • Assist in scheduling and arranging for loaner vehicle maintenance/service/prep.
  • Attend dealership training and development workshops.
  • Support your fellow sales and service professionals and co-workers displaying a genuine "TEAM" attitude each day!
  • Exemplify the "Warnock Difference" commitment daily!
  • Previous high-line dealership experience preferred.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO INCLUDE:
